About Us

Russell Fote and Associates was established January 1, 1996 by Russell Fote, an experienced safety engineer, a Registered Professional Engineer and Board Certified Safety Professional.

For 17 years prior to founding the firm, Mr. Fote was a senior engineer with CIGNA Loss Control Services in their special risk group. Responsibilities included the development and implementation of safety engineering and loss control management services for major corporations.

For four years prior, he was a safety engineer with Wausau Insurance responsible for providing safety engineering services to industrial and commercial clients. He has also held various design engineering positions with several construction equipment manufacturers.

Russell Fote & Associates, Inc. provides expert witness, forensic consulting and testimony services for plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys and insurance company claims departments.
